Beautiful villa in the best location in Marbella: 4 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking to Puerto Banus and its beautiful beach, 100 meters from the big supermarket Mercadona and many restaurants and pubs, and next to a bus stop. Private and quiet, it has a garden and swimming pool with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The villa has a heated pool with an additional cost of: - The months of November, December, January, February and March are 350 euros per week. - The months of April, May, September and October are 300 euros per week. Due to its high energy cost, the heated pool has to be taken throughout the week.
