Es una casa mata recién reformada, con terraza de 60m2, en un apartamento con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, un salón muy luminoso con sofá cama de 1.50cm, cocina reformada y funcional, equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, aire acondicionado. Se puede aparcar en la calle o en un parking de pago a dos minutos andando del apartamento.

Alquilamos esta hermosa villa para Familias con Niños o Sín Niños esta muy bien equipada, ,aire acondicionado , radiadores, mosquiteras y persianas. Piscina exclusivamente para los Huéspedes y está abierta los 365 días del Año. La Villa tiene una excelente localización a 700 metros d la playa y a 700 metros Centro del pueblo puede ir andando y pasear por su hermoso boulevar lleno de restaurantes , cafetería, supermercados . A 5 minutos en coche a Puerto Banús y a 10 minutos a Marbella

The location is very good and you can easily reach the beautiful villages of Casares and Benahavís. You can also go to the center of Marbella.

The space, private and of exclusive use, not shared, has been conceived and prepared so that its guests can move away from the mundane noise and to meet the carnal pleasures.
