Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Un nido d'amore confortevole e accogliente, adatto a chi vuole vivere esperienze sensoriali (specialmente gastronomiche!) in questa parte di Sardegna meno conosciuta, che alterna mare, pianura, collina e montagna e una tradizione viva, autentica

Trascorri momenti indimenticabili in questa casa che gode di una vista mozzafiato sulle altissime dune, il mare incontaminato, la spiaggia dorata e dalla quale potrai ammirare suggestivi tramonti. Si accede mediante scala condominiale che conduce alla terrazza coperta da tettoia in legno, dotata di doccia e barbecue . Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano letto (trasformabile in un letto a due piazze) e terrazza panoramica; camera da letto matrimoniale; bagno con doccia.

Hi there!! My cosy studio apartment is located on the West side of Cagliari on the way to the airport, only 15 min walk to the city centre and Piazza Jenne. In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The "guesthouse" cottage is located in Via Trento a Serramanna, a small town with supermarkets, church, cafes and pharmacy. In the house at the entrance on the left there is a small kitchen block, a table for four people and in the same a double bed with bathroom, sink, bidet and shower. There is the possibility of using part of the garden with table and barbecue. From Serramanna it is easy to get to the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. Enjoy your holidays!

la casa si trova in campagna a pochi minuti del centro di Marrubiu e di Terralba. In 20 minuti in auto ci sono le spiagge bellessime della costa verde come Pistis-Torre dei Corsari. Un po’ piu a lungo trovate le spiagge di Piscinas, Funtanazza e altre piu belle l’una dell’altra. In 5 minuti trovate la S.S 131 e potete ragguigere la bella citta di Oristano e le spiagge del golfo. In 15 minuti di distanza c'è Arborea e il suo centro equestre.
