Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Stunning Apartment

The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. The building is steps from Plaza San Martín and the famous Puente de la Mujer monument and 3 blocks from 9 de Julio underground station, which links to the rest of the city. Downtown, bus stations, restaurants, and theaters are all a few blocks away. You will be able to walk to Puerto Madero , Downtown and Recoleta. Also Buses and metro stations a few blocks away. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.
