This 1970 Bluebird Schoolbus has been converted into a comfortable and whimsical living space. The rear connects to a new addition with a bathroom, livingroom, and sleeping loft for one adult or two kids. It is on one fenced acre in the hill country and has its own private driveway. The patio has nice cozy chairs and your choice of a propane or charcoal grill. We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Enjoy a new experience staying at our ranch house. Ask us about feeding the cattle and horses. This home is in the center of our ranch where you can see tractors up close and watch ranch life.
