Benvenuti nel cuore di Città della Pieve, Il mio Nido, con ingresso indipendente, è perfetto per coppie, famiglie che vogliono respirare l’atmosfera del centro storico. Troverete due camere matrimoniali, angolo cottura, bagno con tutto il necessario, e un’accoglienza fatta di piccoli gesti: caffè, biscotti, e il profumo della storia fuori dalla finestra. A pochi passi troverete ristorantini,vicoli , botteghe artigiane e viste panoramiche sulla campagna umbra. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri

La Terrazza di Vittoria

La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

La posizione alta e arieggiata della casa è il luogo ideale per una breve vacanza o qualcosa di più. La casa è attigua al casale centrale dei proprietari e ha entrata indipendente. In caso di famiglia numerosa o coppie di amici, a lato abbiamo la piccola e nuova dependance “Aurora”: camera con letto matrimoniale alla francese, tv e frigobar, bagno completo con doccia. The 5-hectare property has 400 olive trees, several generations of pine trees, flowers and all kinds of fruit trees. We also have five chickens that provide fresh eggs every day. Guests can admire the Tuscan hills from the windows and terraces. A truly Italian way of life.

The house is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and a 1,000 m² garden. The house is equipped with 2 rooms mezzanine ( the ceilings are high about 5 meters ) and was restored preserving the characteristic local stone . Within a radius of about 25-30 km you will find: Citta' della Pieve, Orvieto, Cetona, San Casciano de' Bagni and many more ... In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.

E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

Fantastic, recently restored, 150 years old Casale in Tuscany with amazing views. Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside a stone table, a huge garden, a gazebo, a state of art warmed Jacuzzi (optional if available) a fantastic 6 x 12 infinity pool . All the property is fenced. Pet friendly.

The house is in the hearth of the historic center of Città della Pieve; Terziere Borgo Dentro. In the proximity the most important artistic and cultural sites of the city: the cathedral and the main square. The house is recently completely restored and formed by a kitchen, a large bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. A very fast internet connection is guaranteed (about 90 Mbps).
