We have 2 WATER TANKS and an Electicity inverter powering the Wi-Fi, TV, and DSTV during loadshedding. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath holiday villa situated on the banks of the lagoon with gorgeous views. Enjoy a braai on the lower patio and morning coffee on the first floor bedroom balcony. The villa is a 5-min walk to a blue flag beach, the resort pool, and a world-class golf course.

Beach house, modern, spacious!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, which is close to the beach, next to a golf course and a short walk to tennis courts. Relax on the deck with a sundowner, make use of the gas bbq, or swim in the infinity pool. Explore 3 acres of indigenous garden with a river front, see bush buck, monkeys and wild life and birdlife. Make use of the local Italian restaurant or simply unwind. This house has full solar and water tank.

Private and tranquil two bedroomed flatlet set in the Southbroom Conservancy surrounded by nature and close to the beaches and the village centre. Newly installed inverter ensures the lights and wifi are kept on. Southbroom, also known as the Jewel of the South Coast for very good reason, boasts one of the finest golf courses on the South Coast as well as tennis facilities, hiking trails and beautiful swimming beaches. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children UNDER 13 years.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the heart of San Lameer Estate. The villa has been newly renovated and furnished to the highest standards. Fully air conditioned. The car port for the villa is right at the front door. Uncapped Fiber WiFi (50/50 MBPS). Smart new 55 inch Samsung TV. No DSTV, but streaming of own DSTV and other programs possible through the smart TV. Backup battery for the wi-fi. This Villa is suitable for a maximum of two people with one double bed only.

Cottage Barry is an ocean view beach cottage, with private access directly onto the beach. A short sandy pathway leads you onto wide-open beaches to the North and beautiful rocky protected coves to the South. Enjoy sea views on our North facing patio by day and listen to the sound of the waves soothing you by night. 9 cottages at Surf Spray are nestled amongst indigenous gardens and if you are lucky, you may meet the local pair of blue duikers who come to graze on our lush lawns.

Upstairs cottage with fibre, inverter, pool & sea

This upstairs studio apartment has its own inverter and backup battery, WiFi, full kitchen and private upstairs garden which is ideal if you have small pets travelling with you and they need their own little space to roam free. At night, you will be blown away by the sunset views over the swimming pool. The twinkling lights from the apartments over the lagoon keep you enthralled for hours. At the end of the street, there are stone steps down to Marine Drive & the beach.

The unit is load-shedding resistant with a backup energy source, fully equipped for self-catering and a peaceful beach breakaway. Please note that - although the views are worth it - the number of steps makes this unit unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties or toddlers.
