가족 여행에 적합한 San Felice Circeo의 휴가지 숙소

Splendida casa, inserita all'interno del parco del Circeo. Camere ampie e arieggiate, stupendo giardino con vari spazi per leggere, rilassarsi e mangiare. Piscina ampia. A cinque minuti a piedi si puo' scendere alle calette e agli scogli del promontorio del Circeo e in 20 minuti in macchina si accede alla grande spiaggia di Sabaudia. Ideale per tutti e soprattutto per chi ha con se' bambini e anziani. Giovanni e Alessandra sono stati gentilissimi e molto ospitali, sempre raggiungibili e disponibili. La casa, disegnata negli anni sessanta da Michele Busiri Vici e' meravigliosa anche dal punto di vista architettonico.

Tutto ok, bella casa con una camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno e cucina con la terrazza chi si può utilizzare per chi fuma.

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

En av de mest fantastiska Airbnb-upplevelserna någonsin. Lägenheten ligger mitt i historiska kvarter med en fantastisk utsikt, små gränder och restauranger. Allt har gått smidigt och vi fick snabbt hjälp av Gioia när vi behövde något. För långa personer: tänk på att hålla nere huvudet, det är lågt i tak. Trapporna upp till lägenheten är utmanande och inte för den som har svårt att gå. Det saknades en del väsentligheter i köket vilket jag är säker på att värden kommer att ordna. Jag rekommenderar detta boende fullt ut!

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Très belle endroit calme et paisible, cadre magnifique. Une propriété de qualité, bien entretenue, parfait pour se relaxer et se reposer. La villa est très propre. Situé à proximité de la gare pour se rendre à Rome (30 min de train). Patrizia est très accueillante et souriante, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une magnifique villa typiquement italienne

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location from the train station is an easy 10 minute walk. Check-in was easy, but we had the neighbor contact Giuseppe and Claudia because we didn't have an active cell phone, but we were able to check-in at 12:30PM and Giuseppe was very hospitable. We took a direct train from Civitavecchia Cruise Port, so no change of train in Rome. We loved staying in Latina Scalo! The small town was fun and convenient for sightseeing in Rome and Naples! We will return in the next few years. Claudia arranged for transportation for us to the airport (FCO) at 5AM, which we really appreciated at a great price! A small Super Market is located 75 meters away. A nice bakery and Cafe across the street. Plenty of small Italian restaurants in the area! Highly recommend this AIRBNB!

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo scoperto una località bellissima, colma di storia e cultura. Anche se è un piccolo paese Isola del Liri offre una vasta gamma di locali di ogni genere, e direi pure fantasiosi. Cibo ottimo, persone piacevolissime con cui abbiamo instaurato subito rapporti amicali. Proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è La Proseccheria, delizioso localino romantico dove abbiamo gustato ottimi aperitivi in compagnia dei simpatici proprietari. L'appartamento, perfetto per una coppia, è accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Ci torneremo!

Thanks this was a really nice place to stay for a day trip to the Abbey and Polish Cemetery. Arturo was really helpful and apartment had everything we needed including a great breakfast.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nell'appartamento di Artena per portare i bambini al parco Magicland, il paesino di Artena è molto caratteristico e sicuramente merita una passeggiata nei vicoli del centro storico arricchiti da splendide decorazioni floreali. L'appartamento è in posizione comoda da raggiungere a piedi, molto pulito e dotato di tutto l'essenziale. Gli host Valeria e Roberto sono stati super gentili e disponibili, anche nel fornire consigli sulla zona durante il soggiorno.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Host moto disponibile ed accogliente, la casa è perfetta per tre o quattro persone, è nella parte alta di colli, silenzioso e tranquillo, ha tutto il necessario: camere cucina bagno e salone tutti attrezzati con il necessario, camino, barbecue e terrazzino con vista bellissima rendono speciale la permanenza! Consigliato!

La maison de Simona est un havre de paix. Une beauté, une tranquillité déconcertante. Il y fait bon vivre. Placée dans les hauteurs de VELLETRI , vous aurez une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes autour. On a aimé ce séjour, on a aimé l’Italie. C’est à refaire. Simona est super sympathique, et répond présent à la moindre demande. Nous lui accordons une note de 10/10.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen, besonders der Pool war wunderbar bei diesen heissen Tagen. Der Ort ist etwas abgelegen, daher würden wir empfehlen mit dem Auto zu kommen. Maurizio und die Nachbarn Augusto und Vincenzo waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Christian è stato un host squisito e disponibilissimo. La casa è anche più bella delle foto e presenta tutti i confort necessari. Vicinissimo al supermercato per ogni necessità. La pista ciclabile fino al centro di Borgo Hermada ha permesso a mia figlia di muoversi in autonomia con il monopattino. Soggiorno eccezionale. Ringraziamo veramente Christian per essere stato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Vicinissimo al circolo ippico Borgo Hermada per chi, come mia figlia, dovesse partecipare a gare di equitazione. Lo consigliamo a tutti! E speriamo di ritornarci presto anche per fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina privata!

Marco est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif au moindre problème ou questionnement, La maison est très spacieuse et pleine de charme, la terrasse avec le jardin en espaliers et la piscine sont magnifiques et la vue est juste splendide ! Sermoneta est un village magnifique, on peut aller manger à pieds de la maison , dans des restaurants excellents ! Le calme absolu ! Je recommande vivement 😀

Una piacevole settimana trascorsa presso l’alloggio di Carlo , persona estremamente cortese e sempre disponibile . Location caratterizzata dalla tranquillità e immersa nel verde . L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione di Carlo . Consigliato !!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!

Beautiful place, was made to feel very at home by the lovely hosts who catered for all of our needs. The location is perfect - nestled amongst nature with picturesque towns nearby. We loved our time there and hope to be back in the future! Really special.
