Just 8 mins from downtown and less than 20 mins to Lackland, SeaWorld & Fiesta Texas! San Antonio weather is HOT and few Airbnbs this close to downtown have pools, so we had to build one! The backyard also features a putting green & a firepit, and he home is packed with games so you'll never be bored!

This is a "shared" home, but you have complete privacy, with a private entrance & NO SHARED SPACES. The bedroom has a queen bed & the living room has two full-sized futons/sofa beds, a microwave, coffee maker & mini fridge. THE GUEST SPACE DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN. Free street or driveway parking in this quiet neighborhood. About 10 mins drive to the Frost Bank Center, 15 mins to Riverwalk & Fort Sam Houston. 20 mins to Lackland AFB & the airport. About 35 mins to Sea World & Six Flags.

Vintage Cottage

As you pass from the outside deck into the Cottage's living room you will pass from the 21st century, back in time to a more leisurely mid-20th century Cottage. This newly renovated cottage has a kitchen that is built up around original cabinetry; but, has new appliances tastefully incorporated. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms with their antique style beds; but , with 12" memory foam mattresses. The bathroom boasts a walk-in glass shower and a sink right out of the 1947 Sears catalog.

Large fenced in backyard for privacy and maintained yard is also great for the kids. (Quiet time after 10pm)

* * Property is sanitized after cleaning using industrial-grade sanitizers * * Brand new beautifully renovated modern townhouse only 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown on a corner lot. Quick trip to the Riverwalk and downtown attractions. Fun fact: “Townhome was casted in the Netflix special Killer Sally son’s interview” No large parties or gatherings allowed. My home is better suited for vacation or business travelers, families, single people and couples. No Pets allowed.
