The apartment is in a great location that is quiet yet just a few blocks away there is tons to do. It was spotless, comfy and you feel right at home. It was perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend!

Johnny was very responsive on all communication. I asked for a special accommodation and he happily made it happen. The house was very clean on arrival and had everything needed. Nice bed, nice chill area with futon and tv, good kitchen space and a nice clean bathroom. If I was ever in San Antonio, I would definitely look up this place again to stay.

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

Sabrina was so very accommodating! She allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out. We barely used our rental car because we were able to walk to lots of coffee places and restaurants from the condo. Her place is very convenient to river tubing as the exit off of the river is literally across the street. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We loved our stay!

A great place for us stay while enjoying downtown San Antonio.

This place was great. The location was perfect for getting downtown to the river walk and convention center. It's also only a 15 minute walk(or a very short drive) to the transportation center next to the mall. We were able to use the bus several days during our stay, which saved us a lot on parking. The area was safe, and quiet. The room had everything we needed for a few days. Cute little kitchette, nice shower, and a comfy bed. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Would certainly recommend this spot.

Our son's birthday weekend was everything we hoped it would be...comfortable beds, lots of room, loved the balcony, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. Very lovely...will definitely choose this place again!

This is a brand spanking new apartment and it was super clean and organized; it’s located near all the restaurants and bars in Gruen and only 8 minutes from the restaurant and bars in New Braunfels. Great location at a reasonable price.

This unit is in a great central location, close to everything. We enjoyed the pool & were pleased at how clean & tidy the unit was. Would definitely book again!

Johana communicated in a timely manner. The home was easy to find, clean and cozy. The kitchen had the essentials needed to make small meals and snacks. Johana provided the first drink and homemade cookies. One thing we struggled with was the temperature of the cowboy tub, the instructions for the tub and jets could have been more clear. However we did enjoy being on the tub at night and the ambiance on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the Botanical gardens, Riverwalk and airport.

Maria's place was very clean & homey. She had a great kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy & we felt safe staying there. Her house was close to the downtown area & attractions. I would highly recommend staying at Maria's place.

This was a great stay. Yocasta and the other host were very helpful and welcoming. Overall I would give this place a 4.5. Everything was great just a few minor things. I had some trouble with the AC when I first arrived and with the gate code, but when I reached out to the host they helped with the situation and it was resolved. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

Highly highly recommend staying here if you’re staying in San Antonio! It was my friend and I’s first time here and had a blast staying with Cheryl. She was kind, responsive, and always ready to answer any questions. The place itself was located in a very safe and beautiful area, less than 10 minutes away from downtown. It was spotless, comfortable, and one of the best AIRBNBS I’ve ever stayed at. 10/10!

This was a new complex, so it was a bit tricky to figure out where we were supposed to go in at and where the code was to the lockbox. But even at 2am it was mere moments before someone responded to us. AirBnB made this really complex with four different apps and a passport we were supposed to download with all of our information. We were constantly flipping between apps to figure out where the information we needed was at. ALL THAT SAID... The apartment was great. It was clean, it had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was raining both days so didn't get to use the outdoor facilities, but they looked really nice, and the gym looked very clean, new, and full of great equipment too.

Georgia, Eric and Dakota were wonderful hosts! Their place is beautiful, comfortable, and has so many thoughtful little touches. They met us when we arrived and provided so many helpful recommendations. Would absolutely recommend for your stay in Canyon Lake!

A beautiful getaway for a weekend in hill country. Kathleen was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there!

Condo was as described and very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and clean place. There wasn't a photo but there is both a work desk and a little table for two. Bed was a little lumpy but fairly comfortable for one. The jacuzzi is a classic! and so nice to relax in.

Great stay! I love these condos, I’ve stayed a few times prior. The location is amazing, Texas tubes is right next door so no driving needed! The home was accurate compared to the description. It was clean and felt amazing inside, very spacious, and plenty of natural light with curtains open. It was a perfect spot to stay for a river trip!! The pool & hot tub felt great! The river was flowing VERY SLOW as of 4/23/25! We all thought the furniture & beds were very very hard but we slept fine. The bedroom on the right didn’t seem to get much ac flow, but the fan is great. Unfortunately the stairs were under construction next to our bnb (we heard the jackhammers) so the walk to & from the elevators were hard on my older companions. Other than that, we loved the bnb & we would most definitely stay again!! The host was awesome & responded very very quick. I also loved how the door locked as soon as you close it so you don’t have to worry about checking at night.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

We all very much enjoyed Suzanne’s Airbnb. It was very nice on the inside and in the perfect part of New Braunfels. It had great pools and hot tubs and access directly to the river! This is my second time booking with Suzanne and would be an immediate go to again when I’m in the area. She also communicated very well and fast with me and helped make the stay 10x easier for us. There is also private security patrolling the private property at all times which is always a plus! I would highly recommend staying here for a great family vacation especially if schilterban is on your to do list since it is walking distance away!
