This adorable little villa is perched on the edge of a tidal river full of nature! There are mangroves, kingfishers, basilisk lizards, howler monkeys, armadillos and more. This special place is close to everything in Samara. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach or the center of town. Wake up and step onto the beach! This is a real, Costa Rican experience, including wildlife (which can start very early in the morning:). Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.

Located in the center plaza of Playa Carrillo. This upstairs studio apartment is a 8 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, and lookout for the best sunset! This fairly new apartment is made of wood, and finished with all new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, hot water, high speed internet, and cable TV including Netflix. Supermarket and local restaurants are all within walking distance. The host can take you to private beaches & tide pools.

El apartamento, para 1 o 2 personas, se encuentra ubicado en centro de playa Samara, a 200mts de la playa en una zona muy tranquila (perfecto para las noches) y cerca de practicamente todo (supermercado, restaurantes, farmacia, policia, bancos, oficinas de tours, etc). Disfrutara de un ambiente familiar caracterizado por la buena atencion y pronta ayuda en lo que sea necesario. Se ofrece servicio de limpieza a la habitacion una vez por semana, no se ofrece el servicio de lavanderia.

Come and enjoy our new fully-equipped and cozy studio located just 80 mts off beautiful Samara Beach. This is one of two private studios with its own bathroom and kitchen. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the studio with its unique location will get you in the Costa Rican "Pura Vida" mode very easily. The mango tree in our garden attracts the monkeys, so often wildlife can be seen. The only thing between you and the Pacific is a path full of coconut and mango trees.
