Your walk is only a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s secure, situated on a quiet residential street. The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. Please note: In case of short power outages, the internet and WiFi remain uninterrupted thanks to our power back up system.

Nature Lovers Paradise! IONA Villas

This adorable little villa is perched on the edge of a tidal river full of nature! There are mangroves, kingfishers, basilisk lizards, howler monkeys, armadillos and more. This special place is close to everything in Samara. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach or the center of town. Every rental includes IONA Coffee, hand roasted on site from the mountains above our little town. And it gets even better! Every rental helps us support community building projects in Samara. Sharing the tree-filled yard with monkeys, birds & iguanas, this light, airy, teakwood home is just 50 meters from the beach, close to the heart of Sámara. Great nature views & ocean sounds. This airy house has an open-plan kitchen - living room with many artistic, original details in local recycled woods; terrace, outdoor dining, hammock & garden. You can walk anywhere in minutes & go barefoot to the beach! NOTE: We do NOT have AC and some windows have SCREENS (no glass) for more air flow!

Wake up and step onto the beach! This is a real, Costa Rican experience, including wildlife (which can start very early in the morning:). Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.

Well located in the center of Samara and 200 m from the beach, our spacious house, perfect for relaxing holidays. The house has a garden with private pool and bbq to unwind after a sunny day. All the comfort you need: a fully equipped kitchen, AC (in bedrooms), WIFI, TV and washing machine The space is well-kept with local charm. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed (bathroom en-suite), one with two twin beds. Restaurant, bars, cafes and supermarkets are in walking distance.

Come and enjoy our new fully-equipped and cozy studio located just 80 mts off beautiful Samara Beach. This is one of two private studios with its own bathroom and kitchen. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the studio with its unique location will get you in the Costa Rican "Pura Vida" mode very easily. The mango tree in our garden attracts the monkeys, so often wildlife can be seen. The only thing between you and the Pacific is a path full of coconut and mango trees.

Located 1.5 km from downtown Samara and its beach where you will find bars, restaurants and various shops, Playa Carrillo is 3.5 km away.

CASA BALTO CUARTO es una habitacion pequeña perfecta para una persona, que busca un lugar pequeño pero acogedor en el centro de Playa Samara. Cuenta con una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada, abanico de techo, ducha con agua caliente, TV, wi-fi, ducha externa, zona de parqueo, acceso privado, jardines comunitarios. En ella esta prohibido hacer fiestas, ruidos molestos. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS. La higiene, el respeto y la tranquilidad son muy importantes.
