Large condo. Home away from home!

Casita Ruiz located in the Plaza Samara building in the center of town, only 2 blocks from the beach, steps from all the restaurants & shops. 3-BRM condo sleeps up to 7, with the master having a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also a queen, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full bed on the bottom. Full kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. Wifi & cable, and access to the building's private pool, and two parking spaces within a gated yard.

Condo has ocean view from the front balcony and jungle view from the back. It is located in the perfect location with 2-minute walk to the beach and 4-minute walk to town center. Upper condo receives refreshing sea breeze. Since this is the end unit overlooking garden area and ocean-it is the most private condo in the 16-unit complex. Purified drinking water is supplied in condo, saving you money and hassle. The kitchen has all needed supplies. Four adults max or two adults and three children.
