Nestled in this quaint historic town of San Augustine, this cottage is a charmer! Located a block from downtown, it has 3 bedrooms/3 baths, formals plus a cozy upstairs den. Perfect for a family or for a couple just looking for an escape. Not only does San Augustine claim to be the oldest town in Texas, with the Mission Dolores Spanish mission built in 1721, the Historic Lewis Hotel and the Historic Jail, we sit right between the two most beautiful reservoirs, Sam Rayburn and Toledo Bend.

Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

Mason Creek on Toledo Bend

Welcome to Mason Creek on Toledo Bend! This beautiful two-bedroom one-bath cottage, just north of Milam, TX, is perfect for a getaway. It has an inground, private pool, shady back porch with plenty of seating, spacious fenced-in yard, and it's right on the lake! We recently remodeled and think you will love the updates as much as we do. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and a grill is ready for you on the porch (charcoal and a propane flat grill). Centrally located close to boat ramps, and restaurants, this home has everything you need! 3 bedroom two bath, open floor plan. Large back patio with dining table and grill and a fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. Ample parking for boat and trailer parking. Rayburn Country offers access to their golf course, swimming pool (seasonally), restaurants, lodging and marina.

Scenic Retreat perfect for enjoying nature, boating, fishing and more! 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous kitchen open to the stylish living room and spacious dining room. 3 vehicles 2 boats. In the middle of the beautiful Angelina Forest w/Peekaboo view of magnificent Lake Sam Rayburn. Cassels-Boykin Park boat ramp only 3 minutes away, 5 mins to Zavalla & 2 min walk to the lake (no vehicles). In front of Kervins RV Park. One of the best locations in the area!

3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, with large patio including tv. Spacious living room with electric fireplace, tv, and internet service. Full kitchen amenities including keurig coffee machine, air fryer, and dish washer. Master bedroom includes comfortable king size bed, and large bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. Guest bedrooms include queen size beds, dressers, and closets. Large driveway can accommodate two boats and trucks. Come relax on Lake Sam Rayburn!

Relax & Fish at Sam Rayburn

This peaceful home in the desired Plum Ridge Subdivision, Lake Sam Rayburn is just a block from the waterfront community park and a short drive to the boat launch. Protected Boat Parking is around the corner and launch at Sandy Creek. Two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, and one bathroom suitable for four people with the things you need while relaxing and enjoying the lake life. Recently remodeled. Lakeview from lakeside windows too. Smart TV. WiFi available. Four people max.

The Red House with boat covered parking spot.

Perfect place for a fishing, hunting camp or just a get away. Gas, groceries, deli, donut shop and stores are within a mile. Located 18 minutes to (2) Six Mile Boat Launches and 23 minutes to Sandy Creek Boat Launch at Toledo Bend. Also, 10 Minutes to Mill Creek Boat Launch at Sam Rayburn Lake. Key lock box for check in and out. Plenty parking for boats. Note: If your GPS takes you close to the Pineland Airport, you’re 2 miles south of the Red House.
