Enjoy nature in this luxury lakefront modern guest house in the treetops with fantastic views of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Angelina National Forest. You will have the entire private living space, including your own living room, bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom and 4 decks. Be sure to take a swim in the lake from the sandy beach. Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

Mason Creek on Toledo Bend

Welcome to Mason Creek on Toledo Bend! This beautiful two-bedroom one-bath cottage, just north of Milam, TX, is perfect for a getaway. It has an inground, private pool, shady back porch with plenty of seating, spacious fenced-in yard, and it's right on the lake! We recently remodeled and think you will love the updates as much as we do. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and a grill is ready for you on the porch (charcoal and a propane flat grill). Centrally located close to boat ramps, and restaurants, this home has everything you need! 3 bedroom two bath, open floor plan. Large back patio with dining table and grill and a fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. Ample parking for boat and trailer parking. Rayburn Country offers access to their golf course, swimming pool (seasonally), restaurants, lodging and marina.

Cassels-Boykin Park boat ramp only 3 minutes away, 5 mins to Zavalla & 2 min walk to the lake (no vehicles). In front of Kervins RV Park. One of the best locations in the area!

3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, with large patio including tv. Spacious living room with electric fireplace, tv, and internet service. Full kitchen amenities including keurig coffee machine, air fryer, and dish washer. Master bedroom includes comfortable king size bed, and large bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. Guest bedrooms include queen size beds, dressers, and closets. Large driveway can accommodate two boats and trucks. Come relax on Lake Sam Rayburn!

Relax & Fish at Sam Rayburn

This peaceful home in the desired Plum Ridge Subdivision, Lake Sam Rayburn is just a block from the waterfront community park and a short drive to the boat launch. Protected Boat Parking is around the corner and launch at Sandy Creek. Two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, and one bathroom suitable for four people with the things you need while relaxing and enjoying the lake life. Recently remodeled. Lakeview from lakeside windows too. Smart TV. WiFi available. Four people max.

Hot Tub -Private Beach -Lake Front Escape

Come and stay/play at Fisher's Point on South Toledo Bend! Our beautiful home on the edge of one of the largest man-made reservoirs in the US, experience some of the best outdoor activities the area has to offer. Plenty of amenities to make your stay more enjoyable, Fire pit, hot tub, boat dock. Public boat ramp is very close by, then park it on our beach. A circle drive for boats and other toys. Family friendly, friendly home. Sleeps 6. Our views are social media worthy.

Tucked away in a quiet wooded neighborhood this home is a perfect lake get away. Families, friends or Fishermen will all feel at home in this beach cabin style rental. Downstairs is set to entertain and is the perfect place to unwind. The neighborhood often has holiday events organized such as parades, fireworks, egg hunts and community fishing tournaments. Bring your golf cart or bikes and you will fit right in.

Hunters and fishers waterfront paradise

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway for friends and family look no more Hunter and fisherman's waterfront paradise, 11.21 acres backed to national forest all at the end of a dead end road with plenty of parking. There is also another home on property that is also airbnb rental and there maybe times its rented at same time. Located conveniently between Jackson hill and Townsend park boat ramps.
