Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Beautiful single-family house in country house style from the 50s with wonderful privacy is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Anif (approx. 6 km from the city of Salzburg). The house with spacious rooms and the charming garden scores with numerous extras that make a stay unforgettable: including a sauna in the basement to relax, a magical swimming pond that invites you to swim between May and September, the delightful bathhouse and a lovely glazed veranda with a large dining table.

Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Lehn dich zurück und genieße atemberaubende Bergblicke auf deiner 15qm2 großen Dachterrasse, am Frühstückstisch, vom gemütlichen Sofa oder aus deinem kuscheligen Altholz Bett. Ab in den 18m langen Pool zum Abkühlen oder Bahnen ziehen.

Recently refurbished penthouse in a traditional Austrian mountain house. The flat is finished to the highest standards with an amazing view over all of Salzburg and its surrounding mountains. Amenities include wifi, off-road parking, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso machine and dishwasher. There is also an ample desk for working from home set-up. There is a large garden with swimming pool area but please note that use of this space is to be agreed with owner when booking!

The newly renovated two-room apartment is located in the Alpenhotel Dachstein complex above the Alpine town Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstattsee in the beautiful Salzkammergut. Alpenhotel Dachstein is located just 12 km from the historic town of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Try, for example, Hallstatt bacon:-)

Das Herzstück dieses alt eingerichteten Gebäudes ist im Winter wohl das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen und Küche, für reichlich Holz ist selbstverständlich gesorgt. Von Mai bis Oktober begeistert der beheizte Indoorpool im tropischen Wintergarten. Auch die kaum befahrene Seitenstraße bietet zusätzliche Ruhe. Generell ist die Lage perfekt, ob in die Stadt Salzburg, zur Skitour in Gaißau oder zum Baden im Fuschlsee.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.
