Il se compose de deux chambres, deux salles de bain, un grand salon/séjour avec cuisine ouverte et un balcon. La Résidence de luxe possède une piscine intérieure, un jacuzzi, un sauna, un hammam, une salle de sport, une salle d’escalade, ainsi qu'un espace lounge (TV, billard, baby-foot, cheminée, salle de jeux pour enfants...).
