Bedroom on main floor, unique loft bedroom upstairs looking over living room. Bathroom with shower plus outdoor shower. Lovely deck with BBQ, outdoor seating. 5th house from the ocean—walk to the beach and if you need refreshments you'll be back at the cottage in 90 seconds tops. Bikes and beach chairs included. We're a family neighborhood--no parties please!

Or enjoy some sun on a smaller rear deck We are a 5 minute walk to town (bars, restaurants, market, and ferry) and 5 minutes to the ocean. Enjoy the use of bicycles, beach chairs, towels and wagon. Large outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach - plus two showers inside. Spacious open kitchen - great for cooking and socializing. Central AC. You will love this house!

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay. You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.
