The Perch is situated in the center of Lyndhurst, considered by many to be ‘the heart of the New Forest’. With floor-to-ceiling windows you will have views across the rooftops to the open forest and up and down the bustling & busy High Street below. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it is the perfect pad for up to two adults. Step out of The Perch and you are immediately surrounded by coffee-shops, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. Sorry no babies, children or pets allowed.

A spacious family-friendly 2 double/twin bedroom first floor flat located in the lovely Hyde area of central Winchester. Provides easy access to the city centre with all that the city offers. Only 5 minutes stroll to the train station. This apartment is close to all the historical sites and wide variety of restaurants and cafes which you'll enjoy as well as the cathedral and its impressive grounds. Winchester Christmas market and the city's magical atmosphere should be on everybody's calendar.

A spacious apartment, full of character, in the middle of Lyndhurst. We've counted 34 places to eat within walking distance of our flat. Then open forest in every direction beyond that for walking or cycling. Animal and child friendly, our apartment has everything you need to use as a base or meet and relax with friends with it's 3 large bedrooms (2 en suite), well equipped kitchen and huge lounge/diner. We feel the property is suited to 6 adults, or 8 people if you throw children into the mix.

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

Well furnished and decorated throughout. New combi boiler. Unpleasant smell reported by some guests has been sorted.

River View is a modern, peaceful studio just a 2 minute drive from Salisbury Station and a 25 minute level walk from the city centre. It is the perfect base for visiting all that Salisbury and the surrounding area has to offer. Large, scenic windows give plenty of light and views to a long garden, with woodland and river beyond. With your own front door you will be able to come and go as you wish. We have plenty of secure, gated off road parking for car and cycles.

The Garden Flat, tucked away in the hamlet of Bickton, near Fordingbridge offers one or two adults a calm, comfortable retreat. Forming part of a large Victorian country house and surrounded by over an acre of garden, the self-contained studio with outdoor dining is perfect for relaxing, reading and pottering in the fresh air.

Andover station 1.5 miles, London 1hr by train. Easy access A303/M3. I use this as a workspace and spare space for family when they visit, but also rent it out on Airbnb from time to time. Not suitable for children under 8 years.
