Contamos con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos con agua caliente, aire acondicionado, comedor, sala con sofá y Tv, wifi, refrigeradora, cocina completa, ventilador, balcón con bonita vista al mar, 2 piscinas para niños, 1 piscina para adultos. Estamos en el sector de la Milina. El condominio se llama Torre Oceánica y estamos a 1 cuadra de la Hostería el Faro y 4 cuadras del Supermaxi.

Best Location, Nice View, Beautiful Beach

One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
