Enjoy some of your favorite movies in our spacious theater room with recliners for all. We also have a private patio where you can grill up some steaks and relax in the hot tub. This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.

There are nearby walking trails and pickleball courts. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed), 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer. It has a pull out couch with extra bedding. There is driveway parking. *You can’t control the temperature in the apartment, but we’re happy to bump it up or down

I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed. No washer/dryer but there is a laundromat 1.9 miles away if you are here long enough you need to have laundry done.
