IN PASEO DEL PRADO AREA, UNESCO´S WORLD HERITAGE SITE- Escape to this meticulously curated lifestyle apartment for peace and tranquility. The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Spacious and bright open-plan loft in the heart of Madrid's Malasaña district, located in the city center. The loft, formerly my photography studio, is in a building with few neighbors and an artistic atmosphere. Equipped with air conditioning and WiFi. 40 m² of space with exposed wooden beams and 5-meter ceilings.

Un espacio amplio y diáfano , con un gran patio exterior Privado, un estilo cuidado ,elegante y actual .Una casa tranquila en el centro . El gran parque del Retiro ,el gran pulmón de Madrid a tan solo unos pasos. Esta casa de 130 metros cuadrados en plena zona de museos,patrimonio de la humanidad de la UNESCO está además muy cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad . Conexión directa con el aeropuerto ,Comunicación inmejorable con autobús , metro y tren en la puerta. .

Encantador apartamento nuevo tipo loft de 100 metros cuadrados, con magníficas vistas a la Iglesia de San Miguel y San Benito, único templo neobizantino de Madrid. El edificio en el que está situado el apartamento es nuevo, recién construido en un antiguo palacio con magníficas calidades y servicios. Cosy and warm at Chueca's heart.A real treasure.

Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. You don’t hear a noise despite being at one of the trendiest area, full of restaurants shops and fashionable bars. At the best location to visit the whole Madrid by foot.You will love it.Trust me.

This beautiful apartment is located in the most central area of Madrid, next to Puerta del Sol. 3 balconies that provide light with views of a very quiet square. Just 30 meters from Puerta del Sol. The apartment is on the same floor (stairs of the photo just used as storage room). 1 DOUBLE BED and 1 SOFA BED (both in the bedroom) Heater for hot water (limited hot water).
