Charming, bright and airy condo on the 2nd floor (US) in a historical Niçois building overlooking Massena square in the heart of the city and short walk to everything. The unit is fully renovated and offers high ceilings, wooden floors and large windows. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen, AC, WiFi, Netflix, master bedroom with a double bed, a kids bedroom in mezzanine accessible with stairs with a double bed. Charmant place with garden for 4 Cimiez museum 3*

Placé au cœur du charmant quartier bourgeois de Cimiez, j'ai conçu cet espace comme un lieu pour s'y ressourcer et se détendre. Tout l'ameublement a été fabriqué en bois de récupération, chaque objet ( appliques, tableaux, tables, banc) est unique, pensé et réalisé selon mes envies par un artisan créatif. Un petit jardin arboré, agrémenté de jolies plantes permet de se détendre ou bien de déjeuner au calme. Un délicieux havre de paix. Appartement de plein pied avec parking classé 3 Etoiles.

Tramway Comte de Falicon, bus, location de vélo à 50m. Sortie autoroute Nice Nord à proximité, 10 minutes de la gare centrale. Le centre- ville, le vieux Nice et la plage en 20mn direct de l'appartement par le tram L1 . Toutes commodités et commerces, marchés, parcs, piscine en face. Parc Chambrain à 3 mn.

Fabulous seafront 4 rooms flat

Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Stunning flat with sea view & garden/ Promenade

Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!
