Containing only two very private apartments, the “Blue Mahoe”and the “African Tulip”, it is perfect for romantic couples and nature-connected travelers who want to enjoy a comfortable open-plan living experience, fantastic views and a pool with a minimal carbon footprint. The building is powered by solar energy and harvests its own rainwater. All furniture has been made from local wood and hand-crafted on site.

South Sea House, a Covid 19 certified accommodation, is located in St. Lucia, one of the most beautiful Caribbean Islands. This luxurious apartment, with amazing views of the golf course and ocean, features an open plan living / kitchen area, one bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Amazing pools on the property include a private plunge pool on the balcony and and an infinity pool. Located in the quiet, upscale area of Cap Estate but close to all the amenities of Rodney Bay and the beach.
