Peut accueillir 2 adultes et deux enfants, exigu si tous les couchages sont ouverts. Possibilité de louer une chambre supplémentaire au même étage : « Deux-pièces ChezlaCotch » Grand espace extérieur privatif avec piscine, place de parc. Endroit calme sur les hauteurs, belle vue sur le Léman, face aux vignobles du Lavaux.

Private studio in villa with magnificent view

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.
