Exceptional apartment looking onto the iconic Sacré-Coeur Basilica on the one side and overlooking its beautiful park through the trees on the other side. At the heart of Montmartre. The apartment is very bright and sunny especially in the morning with sun coming into the bedroom and living spaces. It has comfortable furnishings, a fitted kitchen with many appliances and separate bathroom and toilet. You are 5 minutes’ walk from the metro, and next to Montmartre’s restaurants, bars and shops.

L’appartement est situé dans la fameuse rue des Martyrs, avec ses nombreux commerces, cafés et restaurants, tout en étant dans une cour calme et arborée, au 3e étage avec ascenseur. Il fait 52m2 et a été refait à neuf début 2024 par architecte, dans un style chic avec des équipements de qualité. Il est proche de Montmartre, du Moulin Rouge, des Grands Magasins, de l’Opéra Garnier et de l’Eglise Notre Dame de Lorette (métro ligne 12).

Refait et décoré avec soin, cet appartement au 3ème étage d'un bel immeuble Haussmannien se trouve au coeur de South Pigalle. Flat with parquet flooring, located 1' from the Moulin Rouge (5' to Montmartre), 4th floor of a 19th century walk up building and it sleeps 4 people. Lively area, bright and peaceful flat. Blanche, Pigalle, St Georges Metros on a walking distance (3 to 5'). Check in from 1pm to 3pm... Check out at 11am... But flexible if there's no check in/check out the same day. 1 bedroom 6th floor (with elevator), on avenue Trudaine at the heart of the 9eme arrondissement (numerous shops - food, clothing, bars and restaurants) and the trendy area Martyr / Trudaine. This appartment comprises one bedroom, one salon with US kitchen, one bathroom with WC as well as a small balcony with a terrific view over the Eiffel Tower.
