Tree House - Hot Tub on balcony

Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

Adjacent to Fern Cottage dating from 1850. 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, park and shops, pubs and restaurants ! A 10 minute stroll to St Albans City mainline can whisk you to London St Pancras International in 18 minutes. Happy to recommend where to go based on 20 years living in St Albans !

Cosy 1-bed annexe in the Chilterns

Stonehouse annexe is a self-contained extension within a 350 year old Grade 2 listed property. Potten End is situated just outside the perimeter of Ashridge Estate, with the lovely town of Berkhamsted 5 minutes' drive away. The village has two pubs, a village store-cum-café, and Berkhamsted has many quality pubs and restaurants. The main house is lived in by Trevor, and Graham lives a few miles away. We are both keen cyclists and walkers and can offer guidance about the local area.

Cosy private self contained annex attached to home is perfect for business or pleasure. The whole place is yours; kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bedroom and patio area. 1 Parking space provided. Shared porch. Not suitable for children. Only two guests allowed. The property is driving distance to the industrial area, to town, bars & restaurants or a short walk/drive to main railway lines to London. Situated on a quiet side road yet with easy level walk into the high street with great shops, restaurants and bars. Also perfect for accessing the train station to London St.Pancras (25mins) or London Luton airport (10mins). More locally Rothamsted Research, Spire Hospital Harpenden and the YWAM base locally known as ‘The Oval’, as well as Hemel ski centre and Harry Potter World nearby.

Detached chalet luxuriously appointed with smart TV with Netflix .silent ,good sized fridge, kettle ,toaster microwave,iron and board) comfortable king size bed with large bedside tables with plenty of clothes storage, and hanging space.there is a small table with chairs stored under the bed,so can be used for meals or a work space.we have a newly refurbished bathroom,with massive walk in shower..there is outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed & travel cot & or hi chair if required. For pets we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
