Escape with the whole family to our peaceful cottage situated on a sleepy street just 3 miles from downtown Frankenmuth. Overlooking rolling farm land, enjoy the private one acre lot lined with large mature trees and the historic Dead Creek. This property originally deeded in 1837, served as a one room school house for the children of Frankenmuth, and then as a community gathering space. After a long day of Frankenmuth delights, nothing beats relaxing in the stillness of our serene getaway.

Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

Lots of parking space available for trailers, boats, etc. Carport to park under. Not far from Starbucks, Cracker Barrel, and fast food. Super clean, all duvet covers and blankets washed after every guest. Phone/watch charging stations in the bedrooms. Coffee and coffee bread included with every stay. No pets please!
