Waterfront home with sandy beach located in town

Sunday to Sunday rental during summer months. My place is on the water with a beautiful sandy beach, and also close to restaurants and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the beach and water. Two-story, three bedroom house with one downstairs bedroom and two bedrooms in the upstairs portion of the house. Outdoor Grill available. My parents live right next door, so if you have any issues they will be here to help you. This is a private beach and very FAMILY FRIENDLY.

Our custom-built home is elevated, overlooking Lake Nepessing. The sunset views from 4 deck levels are spectacular. Mature trees, squirrels, birds, and fragrant flowers surround it. The private beach has a fire pit, patio chairs, and a hammock. Springtime, summer, winter, and fall. This place is the time for all seasons. World-class fishing walleye bass pike year-round. Sailing, windsurfing, pontooning, jet skiing in the summer & ice boating, snowmobile quad running & ice fishing all winter.

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!
