Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Helle Zweizimmerwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den imposanten Langkofel, die Sellagruppe und die Cirspitzen, in sonniger Lage, abgelegen von allem Trubel; dennoch ist der Ortskern in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Winter befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt und in kürzester Zeit sind Sie im Skikarussel. Kinder können frei herumtollen, da keine Straße am Haus vorbeiführt, im Gegenteil direkt vor der Haustür beginnt ein Wanderweg, die sog. "Via Crucis".

Die neu restaurierte Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bauernhof mit angeschlossenem Künstleratelier (Gregor Prugger) in St.Ulrich im Grödnertal mit wunderbarer, einzigartiger Aussicht auf das Tal. Der Pilathof liegt abgelegen und mitten in der Natur und ist nur mit einem Geländewagen (ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt von St.Ulrich) oder in 40 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Shuttleservice steht zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geeignet für Naturliebhaber. Eine Privatsauna steht zu Verfügung.

Sehr schöne Wohnung (80m²) mit Balkon in einem authentischen historischen Haus, in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur wenige Schritte von der Raschötz Seil- und Roddelbahn (100m), der berühmten Seceda-Seilbahn (200m) und dem Zentrum von St. Ulrich (400m) entfernt. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Garten. Ankommen, den Autoschlüssel weglegen und frei sein zum Skifahren, Einkaufen, Aperitif trinken, Essen gehen, Wandern, Urlaub machen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

The holiday apartment "Cësa Gravina Jubas" is situated in Ortisei and boasts a splendid Alpine view directly from the premises. The spacious 80 m² property on the ground floor consists of a liht-flooded living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath tub, one with shower) and an additional toilet and can accommodate 5 people. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, as well as a baby cot and a high chair if requested.
