Private entrance. You have a completely updated/ remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

Mississippi River house has everything you need

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The river is right across the street and so is the walkway the walkway will take you all the way to the other end of town beautiful walk along the river. Richmond‘s café Great place for breakfast. The brewery has igloos to sit in outside just two blocks from the guest house. Owners are next door. River and marina short block away within walking distance. Grocery store half a block away within walking distance. Downtown less than a mile. Galena about half hour. Iowa 5 min away and casino in Iowa 20-25 min. Palisades State Park 5 min away. This is a cozy cottage with use of deck and grill, and full amenities to cook in house if you like. Have you ever wanted to stay in a Tiny Home but haven't had the opportunity? Now you can stay in a custom built Tiny Home right along the mighty Mississippi River in Bellevue Iowa! These Tiny Log Cabin Homes feature all the comforts of a standard home including Heat/AC, Kitchen, Bathroom, living room and sleeping loft. Each Tiny Home sleeps 4 adults with a queen bed in the loft and a pull out sofa in the living room. Outside is a private picnic area.

The garage is used as storage at the moment and is not accessible to guests.
