We all really enjoyed our stay and found the lodge itself and the location of the lodge lovely! Nearby to the local village with shops, a few pubs and restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Simply fabulous stay at this beautiful, quiet chalet. A spotless, dog friendly getaway with a relaxing, fully enclosed back garden. I do love having a choice of outdoor seating spaces to choose from especially if they've got pretty lights. Everything you need to make your stay special. Super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, a lovely, lovely sunroom, awesome shower and less than a minutes walk to the sandy beach. The locally taken photographs added to the ambiance. If you're very lucky the lovely hosts will even book the sunshine and blue sky for you.

Comfortable, clean, quiet and very good value accommodation for a few days in Staithes. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Would recommend to others and stay again hopefully in the future. The sunday lunch in the Captain Cook Inn at the top of the hill was excellent and worth booking.

Very enjoyable stay! Reeth is a lovely little village with great amenities. Eric’s place was very clean, well equipped- highly recommended!

Beautiful chalet. Extremely clean, perfect location. If you want the hustle and bustle of life it’s just round the corner, but if you want peace and quiet also, this place is perfect. The garden is perfect for the dogs and kids and well equipped. The chalet is a home from home. Loved it and will definitely be back.

What can I say about this fantastic little hideaway. It’s in a great peaceful location 5 minutes from the beach. Absolutely pristine in every way. Sue was a great host and always quick to reply to any questions. No doubt we will be staying here again very soon. Thanks again Sue Dave and Stacey

Julian and Sarah Jane’s house was beautiful. It was lovely and warm when we walked in due to the brilliant under floor heating. The house was modern and very bright inside. It was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing as well. The house was well equipped, everything was there. All the appliances worked very well. The bed was super comfy and big. Great views from the house and peace and quiet everywhere. Julian had left lots of little extras which were greatly appreciated. He provided warm throws and binoculars, bird books and more. They had thought of everything one may need on a short trip. We were very lucky with the beautiful spring weather and enjoyed sitting on the deck in the sun. All in all, a really good stay. The best Airbnb we have stayed in so far! We will return for sure.

the accommodation was in a great location for the beach and only a short drive to town. it is lovely and nicely decorated with extra touches that make it more comfortable. we had a couple of nights at the location and thoroughly enjoyed it the only slight downside was the electric meter. we were aware we would need to pay coins for it, it cost me a total of £10 over 2 nights which was just heating,lights and showers etc Belinda did communicate well in advance about the meter needing coins but it was still abit of a hassle pulling the sofa out to get to the meter and having to remember to top it up. I've never stated anywhere where I have had to pay for the electric before. still, we had a great stay and I would recommend it for the beach
