On the ground floor you'll find a cosy living room with a wood burner & a spacious well-equipped kitchen/diner. Upstairs to two characterful bedrooms, a large, bright king-size (with Emma mattress) a charming twin, along with the family shower room. Outside there is a seating area with BBQ and a shed for bikes.

The lodge has been designed to make the most of those idyllic views and is a retreat for anyone wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy our “world Heritage” status.

The nearest Wainwright (Binsey) is walkable from the front door. The house is 4/5 bedrooms, has a large family dining table, 3 lounges, each with stoves (one convertible to a bedroom).

The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.
