The Cottage at Gilbert Landing

This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Clear Branch Cottage is 750 sq. feet with 180 sq. feet of covered porch totally surrounded by forest, which can be enjoyed sitting on the porch or inside with large picture windows and views throughout. It has one bedroom with a queen bed, and a trundle bed with 2 single mattresses. A comfortable living room with mid century decor adjoins the well equipped kitchen. The porch has a dining table with additional seating. The private backyard has a gas grill, plenty of seating and a fire ring.

A cozy english cottage that is steps away from the Pacolet River. This cute little house is in the mountain town of Tryon, North Carolina. Tryon has a quaint little downtown with shops and restaurants to wander through. The Pacolet River is connected to the property. Tryon Equestrian 13 miles away

Put your feet up and unwind at our cottage getaway. Listen to the river, enjoy a fire, and relax with a glass of wine on the deck. River access is a short walk by trail. A pasture awaits your equine friend: complete trailer turn-around/parking and water for $50 per night per horse. The cottage is 20 minutes to TIEC, 10 minutes to FENCE, 5 minutes to Harmon Field. Enjoy the walking trail across the road at Norman Wilder Forest, or explore the river at Pearson's Falls just 5 minutes away.
