This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Tryon has a quaint little downtown with shops and restaurants to wander through. The Pacolet River is connected to the property. Tryon Equestrian 13 miles away

Enjoy the walking trail across the road at Norman Wilder Forest, or explore the river at Pearson's Falls just 5 minutes away.
