Lake view villa

Spacious 4 bedroom villa with 2,5 baths with beautiful lake view in a very quiet neighborhood. You'll be able to enjoy a lot of activities very close to the house: walks in the protected green area "Vaserne", swimming or kayaking in the lake (kayaks provided at private pier 2 minutes walk from the house - no direct access to the lake from the garden) If you want to visit Copenhagen, it's only 25 minutes drive away. Please note that our cat, Rosie, will be staying in the house during your stay.

The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Classic house with a modern twist. From legend danish designer Arne Jacobsen doorhandles to a stunning two story glass addict with fireplace and views directly to the high rising treeline. Thoughtfull garden layout with lovely trees, flowers and a field large enough for the kids to play freely - meanwhile - sit back and enjoy the sculptural nature and its surrounding birdsong. Sleeping couch in the children bedroom measures 140 x 200 cm and feels like a regular high quality queen sized bed.

Cozy family house with lake

Charming old house with all modern facilities located in a good neighborhood in Holte, north of Copenhagen. The house is overlooking the wood and our lake. In our lake you can swim, fish, take a trip in our both and iceskate or play icehockey in the winter. In the wood there is lots af good paths for walking, running or by mountainbike. Shops are 1 km away in the local city center, where there also is a train station. It takes 20 minutes with S-train or car to Copenhagen city centre.

Du vil bo den ene del af et charmerende bjælkehus med adgang til et privat område i haven. Dejligt naturområde tæt på strand og havn 20 km fra København, som nemt nås i bil eller med offentlig transport. På 30 min kan du bl.a. besøge Louisana Museum, Frederiksborg Slot, Karen Blixen museet og Kronborg. Der er også mulighed for golf i den lokale Søllerød Golfklub, som ligger 500 meter fra boligen. Indkøb og gode restauranter ligger i nærheden. I huset bor to katte Helmer og Elvis.

Min bolig lægger tæt på Søllerød naturpark, som er et meget stort og smukt naturområde. Søllerød golfklub ligge fem min. gang fra huset og det samme gør Gammelholtegård med kunstudstillinger og restaurant. Med bil kan man komme til København på 15-20 min. Med offentlig transport ca. 30-45 min..Her er hyggeligt både inde og ude.. Min bolig er god til en enkelt gæst, eller forretningsrejsende. Her er fred og ro og smukke omgivelser
