The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

Lovely view beyond Trørød and all the way towards Høje Sandbjerg 5-6 kilometers away. A wonderful place for an extended weekend pampering or a slightly longer holiday close to Copenhagen.

The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Modern family friendly lake house with direct access to the lake, and only 30 min drive north from Copenhagen center and 5 min driving to the Ocean with beach. The house is perfect for a family who wants to see Copenhagen and have a relaxing time as well. The house has been in several international interior magazines, and is a perfect spot for you who apperciate nice design in a casual and relaxing way. The house got a new kitchen in 2022 and also a new private dock at the lakeside.

The house is situated by a large swimming lake with paddle board, canoe, fishing and more. The lovely barbecue area is just next to the lake and you can sail to the woods. We love it here and we are sure you will too. The house interior is in nordic style and fits 8 people comfortably. Lovely garden with trampoline and fun for all ages. Rummelig og lyst hus, med pejs, bordtennis, foosball, dart, og en masse legetøj. Huset byder på 3 soveværelser plus sovesofa i kælderen. Dejlig have med klatretræ, trampolin, fodboldmål, gas grill og pizzaovn. 1,5 km til stranden, 600 m til stationen med direkte tog til København. Lige bag huset findes der en mark hvor man kan mødes køer og hester. Vi stiller 4 voksencykler, 1 børnecykel (6-10år), 2 løbehjul og 3 cykelhjelme til rådighed.
