Truly enjoy the best of both worlds. 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge parkway and just 20 minutes to downtown. This mountain home has it all! I will be available by phone to help answer any questions. The house is a 20-minute drive to Downtown Asheville and 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants are a short drive away. Our home sits on over an acre of wooded property with privacy and mountain views You'll definitely want to have your own vehicle while you are visiting. There is so much to see! We have a long driveway that can accommodate your vehicles just fine. Uber/lyft pick up and drop off at our home so if you plan to partake in any of the local breweries you'll have nothing to worry about! Be bear aware. We are up in the mountains and occasionally wildlife can be seen from our massive deck. You may likely see some wild turkeys as you drive up the road. We rarely, if ever, see bears but we just ask kindly that you don't leave any food or trash outside overnight as not to encourage these furry friends to visit.

This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

There’s no place like home away from home!

Come relax and enjoy some time off in this lovely comfortable suite. Enjoy the city in a short drive and relax in the peaceful little town of Arden to wind down the afternoons and evenings. This place is central to city life and nature hikes or beautiful waterfall trails. It’s located 3.7 miles from Asheville Airport and Agricultural center. Also only 22 min from the infamous Biltmore Estate. There is lots to love about our city! Come relax in a nice comfortable space while you explore!

Private, 2 bedroom/1 bath home in the beautiful valley community of Fairview with mountain views. This spacious abode offers light-filled spaces and modern conveniences, yet still manages to feel cozy. There's a large yard with a covered patio and fire pit under the pines.
