Welcome to this stylishly renovated, fully-equipped apartment located right next to the Plaza Mayor and across the street from the Mercado de San Miguel, a 5-10 minute walk from the main tourist attractions! It's in a building with two lifts, is bright and quiet, has a double (140cm) bed with a memory foam mattress plus a comfy sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning in both rooms, wifi, smart-tv and a work-desk. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in the heart of Madrid!

Spacious open-plan designer basement flat.

Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Fantastic Studio in the Downtown

Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. Situado en una calle peatonal, la calle del nuncio numero 4, en la segunda planta sin ascensor. El estudio cuenta con tres espacios, el espacio donde esta situada la cama de medidas 150x190, un sillón, bomba de calor y aire acondicionado. Los otros dos espacios son la cocina equipada con todo tipo de utensilios, vitrocerámica, cafetera, hervidor de agua y tostador; y finalmente el baño.
