We have the Original Hob and Molly (separate listing) overlooking our creek at the point of 7 little waterfalls for your sleeping and hangout pleasure! A shared sweet kitchen and bath completes the 3 small structures. Full bath plus an outdoor shower makes for great accommodations. We're within 5 miles of State Parks and Deep Creek Lake. Come see the Garrett County stars, hear the creek and birds and be a million miles from where you are. Friendly dogs are welcomed -see "other things to note".

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

Welcome to Alice’s Place your little retreat in the Appalachian Mountains! You may wake up to the smell of our smoker cooking something delicious! Maybe you will get a sample to try our bbq sauce that awaits you! Relax by the outdoor fire pit and make some s’more’s, or cozy up by the indoor fireplace with your favorite book. Enjoy a walk at the beautiful Cathedral State Park, just a 5 min drive. The smallest church in 48 states is just a 13 min drive. Such a fun, unique place.

Cabin on a Homestead - great fenced yard!

Your basecamp to adventure - or relaxation - awaits! Wake up to chickens and horses in your own private cabin with a fenced in yard for your furry friends! 25 minutes from Morgantown or the Cheat River, this space is a great getaway from your every day routine. Relax in front of an outdoor fire, cozy up with a good book, or take a bird walk and enjoy some time away from it all. Fresh eggs from the homestead provided in the refrigerator will be the icing on the cake for breakfast.

From sunrise to sunset the view is incredibly beautiful. 45 min from WVU 2 miles from Camp Dawson Black water falls 40 minutes. Wi-Fi available

Tree House

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.

Peaceful Cottage in the Woods

The cottage in the woods is the perfect place to relax and unwind, or use as a base to explore the more than 20 attractions just a day trip away! Has all the comforts of home, while enjoying privacy and quiet. We offer good cell phone service, WiFi and TV available for streaming.
