Nestled in Lynmore, a safe, quiet suburb of Rotorua, we invite you to stay in our private self-contained studio room. The morning sun can be enjoyed on the private covered deck with your coffee or tea. Your stay also includes a continental breakfast,so you feel right at home. The world renown Redwood forest is on our doorstep, only a minute walk & mountainbikers can easily ride from our place to the forest. Outdoor enthusiasts dream or simply a nice spot to come and put your feet up and relax!

Quiet and comfy, private and peaceful.

The guest suite is the entire lower level of my home, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette area to make light meals . The only bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom, therefore guests in other rooms will need to share. Comfy beds, large living area with view out to a beautiful private garden, with off street parking. 1 km toTe Puia thermal park and Waipa mountain bike park. 7 minutes to town center. 2 kms to New World supermarket. Base price is for up to 4 people, extra person fee $30 per night.

Mountain bikers, glowworm lovers retreat

A luxury "Bali type retreat" nestled directly across road from the ledgendary Redwood Forest with its hectares of biking/walking trails and glowworms. Bubbling mud pools and steaming geysers are within biking distance while local cafes are within walking distance. The master bedroom opens onto its own private outdoor fernery with bali style shower.
