The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. Please be aware: 4 wheel drive is required to drive to the top of the driveway. There is no WiFi or TV available, but cell service should be good, enjoy the great outdoors!
