Kick back and relax in our brand new beach home. The home is approx 250m from the stunning foreshore and beach. This spacious home offers 2 large seperate living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/ensuites and seperate powder. Silvertop is offered without linen so guests have the option to supply their own and save. The booking does NOT INCLUDE LINEN or TOWELS. ‘Off Broadway' studio is a modern & well appointed one-bedroom studio. A private deck to soak up the sun, then retreat to a spacious studio inclusive of reading nook, fridge, TV (with Netflix) & free Wi-Fi. The studio includes a bathroom with a luxurious rain shower & boutique Ena body/hair products for your personal use. The studio located in our garden includes your own private entrance & off-street car parking. Premium locally made muesli is provided along with T2 tea and Lavazza coffee.

After a leisurely or busy day out, our apartment offers superb accommodation with wonderful views over Port Phillip bay - inside and out! Dining has never been more delightful than on the deck overlooking the bay.
