Tree Tops house - is located 1km from the front beaches of Rye. The house overlooks the trees and skyline and has views of Arthurs Seat on a multi - level residence. The property offers an undercover alfresco area for dining, BBQ and 5 person spa with 3 bedrooms and 2 large living areas. Newly renovated bathroom and an entertainers fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 13 people (Only large family bookings accepted, no party groups). Tastefully furnished with modern classic coastal feel.

An undercover outdoor spa is there for you to enjoy all year round. A large screen TV is in the lounge with recliner chairs for you to relax and watch Netflix, Chromecast and Blu-rays. You will be comfortable with 5 air-conditioners in the home. You will be offered an early check in and a late check when available.
