L’appartamento è riservato, arieggiato e luminoso, affaccia con tre porte finestre sul terrazzo che è ad uso esclusivo della proprietà ed è sovrastato da un lastrico solare. Ha una camera da letto, un ampio salone con divano letto, una piccola cucina attrezzata, un comodo bagno.
