You can watch golf off the deck or get on your bike and ride the greenway trail system. Located right out the front door. Or sit and relax and watch the birds from the feeders I keep out back. We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Barndominium on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

This charming lake home is nestled in a wooded area of Beaver Lake and has it's own private, saltwater pool. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. A gorgeous lake view is seen from the living room, bedroom and front deck. Lake access is available 2 miles away on our family- owned private property to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and swimming. We are within minutes of hiking trails, War Eagle Mill, Hobbs State Park and 20 minutes from Rogers.
