We had a wonderful first time in Arkansas! The location was fantastic as we could walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Fayetteville! The condo was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful trail system and the University of Arkansas campus. We found that the hosts even provided a few snacks and drinks upon our arrival, which was a sweet surprise. It was the perfect spot to serve as our base to visit our son, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at The FayYard Condo! 🐗 The location was perfect—close to the University of Arkansas, Baum-Walker Stadium, and walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants like Taco & Tamale, Wood Stone Pizza and Arsaga’s. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which gave us all plenty of space. The kitchen was clean and perfect for gathering around the island, and we even enjoyed some of the board games provided, such a great extra touch. We loved sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the Fayetteville weather. Parking was super easy, right in front of the property. The host was very responsive and kindly accommodated our early check-in. We also appreciated the little touches of Razorback pride throughout the home—Wooo Pig Sooie! ❤️ Great value, great location, and such a smooth stay from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area—we’ll definitely be back!

The place was just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. We were so close to Dickson. We will definitely stay here again.

Tamara was responsive and kind. There was a lovely basket of goodies waiting for us as well as a personal note. The condo was exactly as listed and worked perfect for our group. Everything was clean and comfortable. Walkable to sporting events at the University of Arkansas. We walked to the football stadium for the game and would be excellent accommodations for anyone attending other sporting events! Thank you!!!

Perfect spot for anything you want to do in NWA. Quick access to main highway. Close to campus and surrounding restaurants. Spacious and family friendly.

Instruction’s were super clear, and place was extremely clean. Great location!

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

It was a perfect little getaway with an absolutely beautiful view of the lake!

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future

Amazing place to stay. 5 min bike ride from the trails, 4 min drive to downtown square, close to everywhere we wanted to eat, hang out, drink coffee, walk the dog, etc. The house was incredibly clean and nice, we loved having the garage to store our bikes and gear. I'd recommend this bungalow to anyone (ideal for 3-4 people). Book here if you want to feel at home while away from home.

We had a great family vacation this spring break season. The view on a lake, quiet place, great cottage, sport amenities, marina make it all great location. Additionally it’s close to locations like Onyx Cave and Eureka Springs (great restaurants and shopping).

I was impressed by how spotless everything was. The bathroom was absolutely majestic—beautifully designed and so relaxing. The hosts were sweet, accommodating, and kept everything simple, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained cabin, this is the perfect spot! Highly recommend.

Perfect for a weekend get away. Bed was super comfortable! Big screen TV was great for watching sports. Had everything we needed!

Nice little place just 1.5 miles from the UofArk campus and all that Fayetteville offers. Perfect for a campus visit, a game, or just visiting Fay if you want to save a little bit, you don’t need opulence, and you’re ok not being in the center of it all.

We love staying here. Excellent location overlooking the water. Close to Eureka Springs and other points of interest. The condo feels like home. I love the layout as it gives our family multiple areas to hang out. Can be together, but also have your own space. Love it.
