If you're looking for a place to kick back and relax in style look no further. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Located on private property separate from the residence and is next to a tranquil pet friendly park, walking path and labyrinth. You will be 2min from downtown, Wegmans shopping, Cobbs Hill, which overlooks the city skyline, all Universities and festivals.. Deer, foxes, bunnies, fire flys, unique birds are not garenteed. 😉

Relax in this home originally built as a summer cottage to escape the city! Seabreeze has that laidback feel to help you unwind and have some fun! Walk to the beach, lighthouse on the pier, restaurants and bars, Seabreeze Amusement Park, bowling, and putt-putt. Miles of trails out the front door! 10 minutes from the city. Dogs welcome! This cozy and bright apartment is in a 1890's house in the south wedge. It's 5 minutes to downtown, U of R, and Strong /Highland hospitals and ten minutes from the airport and RIT. The freshly renovated second floor has two bedrooms, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment gets great natural light and the second bedroom has an adorable balcony. A 5 minute walk brings you to the heart of the south wedge where there are shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery.
