Con tre camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno privato, due letti aggiuntivi e una cucina super attrezzata, ospitiamo comodamente otto persone. Godetevi le due ampie terrazze con vista mozzafiato, la doccia esterna e l'accesso alla spiaggetta segreta di Grillone tramite una scalinata privata. Quattro posti auto privati completano questa oasi di relax. Vivete un'esperienza unica in un luogo incantevole!

Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

El jardín se finalizará en breve. Hay tres espacios independientes en la villa. Cada uno tiene su entrada y patio independientes, el jardín se comparte con el resto de la villa. La casa se encuentra a unos pasos del mar, frente a grandes playas con todos los servicios durante el periodo estival.

Frutto di un sapiente e complesso intervento di restauro conservativo volto al riuso di un antico mandrile appartenuto al Barone Leopoldo Del Balzo Squillacioti. La villa è immersa nel verde delle campagne, a solo 1 km dal mare, raggiungibile percorrendo una stradella interpoderale che dipana tra aranceti e uliveti. Giardino e cortile esterno la rendono adatta ad accogliere animali da compagnia. Inoltre a renderla unica sono i suoi 2000 mq. di terreno attorno fruibili dagli ospiti.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
