Villa Marenca, scenic views of Barolo

This modern 220 sqm villa with large pool, high location and a near to 360° uninterrupted views of some of the finest wine yards in the world, is located in one of the eleven Barolo villages, the medieval Serralunga d'Alba. This Unesco protected area of Barolo is renowned for its great wines,  lovely cuisine, and magical surroundings. The villa is your small piece of paradise from where you can enjoy all the region has to offer and come back to a private, luxurious sanctuary of your own.

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Una stanza sull’Oggia

Uno spazio semplice e romantico, una stanza vera senza fronzoli con angolo cottura e un terrazzino che si affaccia sul fiume: da qui si intravede un piccolo ponticello in pietra... e il rumore dell'acqua che scorre. L’alloggio è un’unica grande volta: tutta la casa è stata restaurata utilizzando materiali naturali, calce e vernici fatte con farina e olio di lino. Per i mesi invernali c’è una stufa a legna che gli ospiti potranno gestire in autonomia. Viene fornita la legna per il soggiorno.

La casa di Campagna, di mq.92 (cod CIN IT009064C28BOFQMOV) si trova sulle alture di Vado Ligure, a Segno, a 15 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia di Bergeggi in una tranquilla borgata. E' indipendente, su due livelli. Al piano terra c'è la cucina, al piano 1° ci sono due camere ed il bagno e sopra una terrazza panoramica. Una camera è con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli e TV. C è un giardino ed un pergolato. Posto auto privato. A 10 minuti d'auto si trova il centro commerciale.

Tre våningar med kök längst ner, vardagsrum på mellanplanet med bäddsoffa och utgång till balkong, högst upp vackert sovrum med underbar utsikt från franska balkonger. L'appartamento è inserito in una villa all'interno di una azienda agricola dove produciamo olive e arance amare. Troverete rilassante soggiornare a Casa Novaro perché pur essendo a pochi km dal centro è situato al riparo dal rumore, inserito in un ambiente naturale con una bellissima vista. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie.

L'appartamento si trova in una cascina circondata da noccioleti e vigneti, a pochi minuti di auto dalle mete Unesco di Langhe e Monferrato e dai borghi dei grandi vini: Barolo, Barbaresco e Moscato.
