Situato al terzo ed ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina di 7 unità senza ascensore. A 50 metri dalla fermata dei bus, dal Museo Retico, dall'imbocco del suggestivo sentiero per il Santuario di S. Romedio. Piste da sci a 15 minuti di auto. Dall' incantevole mansarda si gode di una magnifica vista senza alcun ostacolo, sul Gruppo di Brenta e Gruppo delle Maddalene

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wangen. Wangen ist ein kleines Dorf der Gemeinde Ritten und befindet sich oberhalb von Bozen. Von Bozen sind wir 17 km entfernt(20 Autominuten). Sie können uns über den Ritten oder durch das Sarntal erreichen. Unser Dorf verfügt leider über kein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Vor der Wohnung ist eine Liegewiese und Spielplatz für Kinder und für Ihr Auto steht ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich eine Gaststätte, wo Sie gerne einkehren könne

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
