Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wangen. Wangen ist ein kleines Dorf der Gemeinde Ritten und befindet sich oberhalb von Bozen. Von Bozen sind wir 17 km entfernt(20 Autominuten). Sie können uns über den Ritten oder durch das Sarntal erreichen. Unser Dorf verfügt leider über kein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Vor der Wohnung ist eine Liegewiese und Spielplatz für Kinder und für Ihr Auto steht ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich eine Gaststätte, wo Sie gerne einkehren könne

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

We are supporting your travel spirit during this tough time. Close to major hiking and charming towns. It is great for children as we spent all the winter and summer holidays with our four children when they were small.
